ZAC des Condamines – Entrepôt logistique HEAD - Point d’information

Une réunion s’est tenue le 6 novembre en mairie de Bresson concernant la zone industrielle des Condamines, notamment le respect du permis de construire du nouvel entrepôt HEAD et ses conditions d’accès.
​
Plusieurs non-conformités au permis ont été relevées (stationnement, garage à vélos, espaces verts), ainsi que des difficultés de circulation des poids lourds sur l’avenue de la République et vers Eybens. Bien que l’activité ait démarré, la mise en conformité du site n’est pas achevée.

Une modification du permis de construire est en cours. La Métropole et la mairie de Bresson attendent les avenants nécessaires pour valider la conformité au PLUi. Une information sera communiquée après validation officielle.
