La situation ZAC des Condamines (sécurisation, parking, stationnement)

Les caméras sont en place et activées : elles permettent de mieux gérer les incivilités en termes de dépose de déchets, de stationnement et sécurisent les employés qui se garent sur le parking de la ZAC.
L’accès à ce parking se fera par badge uniquement pour le personnel travaillant sur la zone et à des horaires décalés, tôt le matin et tard le soir. Les créneaux horaires restent à définir. En journée, il restera ouvert pour permettre l’accès au besoin et notamment pour les containers de tri.
Un nouveau garage automobile (AlpesAutoZen F/B) doit ouvrir derrière Intermarché dans les locaux utilisés auparavant par la société RIONDET. Nous avons fait remarquer que ce type d’activité nécessite des places de stationnements pour les véhicules clients. Nous espérons que ceux-ci respecteront les marquages de la piste cyclable et l’accès aux trottoirs pour les piétons. Livraison marchandises pour Gamm Vert** : Celles-ci se font par le fond de la ZAC derrière Intermarché. Principalement avec des poids lourds de grande dimensions (35 T) et en marche arrière sur une quarantaine de mètres. Initialement, le permis de construire avait été délivré pour le Comptoir BIO et il est stipulé sur celui-ci que les livraisons seraient réalisées par des véhicules plus légers. Ce point serait-il devenu caduque avec le changement d’enseigne ? La question reste posée...​
